Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You have 7 days after your item is delivered to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, just email us at tidykitchencustomersupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll review your request and email you simple step-by-step instructions, including where to send the item if a return is needed. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns made without a request first can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at tidykitchencustomersupport@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Items that can't be returned
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just ask before sending it back.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, or approved your request, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take a few extra days for your bank or card company to post the refund.
